Elf On The Shelf

Did you hear the great news? Santa is sending a team of “Scout Elves” to Downtown Coeur d’Alene! Presented by STCU, the Coeur d’Alene Scout Elves will land in town to start a fun holiday scavenger hunt on Friday, November 29 and Santa has asked them to scout every Friday – Sunday through December 22. Just like all elves, these ones are sneaky and hideout in cups of hot cocoa, cozy boutique sweaters, and other silly places!  Keep your eyes peeled for one of the dozens of Coeur d’Alene Scout Elves hiding throughout the Downtown Corridor and you could win prizes from Santa himself!

The Elves

Coeur d’Alene Scout Elves will be hiding out in participating businesses throughout the Downtown Corridor every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (Nov 29 – Dec 22) during business hours. Free to participate in, you can either pickup an Elf Passport at any of the three Magic Mailbox Locations, or print your passport at home! Passports are coming soon!

What to do when you find an elf…

Find the elf, and get your passport stamped.  The more elves you find the better your chances of winning! Find 10+ elves and be entered into grand prize drawings, find all elves to double your entry! Drop your passport off at any Magic Mailbox Location once you are finished to be entered into the prize drawings!

The Prizes

Over 30 gift cards from participating businesses will be awarded each weekend plus two separate grand prizes! 2024 Grand Prizes include tickets to a Gonzaga game and a $300 shopping spree to Figpickels Toy Emporium! *Limit one prize per person throughout the promotion.

If you spot the STCU purple elf at a participating business, you can be entered into a bonus drawing for a Mastercard gift card! Keep your eyes peeled and you could win big!

STCU’s Photos with Santa and Food Drive

Scout Elves are not the only ones coming to Coeur d’ Alene this season!

In partnership with the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department, visit STCU’s Downtown Coeur d’Alene Branch (401 E. Front Ave.) anytime from 10 AM – 2 PM on December 7th for free photos with ole Saint Nicholas and the chance to give back to your local community during the Holiday season with a food drive!

Receive the special Santa stamp on your passport for visiting Mr. Claus and be entered the chance to win a $100 Figpickels gift card! Bring an item towards the food drive and receive a second entry towards the drawing!
