– How it Works –

After purchasing the Downtown CDA Big Five Event Pass, recipients will receive the Big Five event pass in the mail. Prior to each of the events, pass holders will receive their event tickets via email to use at check-in on the event day. Giving the Big 5 Pass as a gift? Don’t worry, we will put a bow on it, include a personal message from you and delay sending until December 17.

Terms & Conditions

The Downtown CDA Big Five Event Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and is only valid for events within the 2025 calendar year.

Purchasers and pass holders are required to keep their email addresses updated with the Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association to ensure the timely delivery of event tickets.

The Downtown CDA Big Five Event Pass includes one standard ticket to each of the following five events (Mac & Cheese Festival, The Chocolate Affair, Winefest, Brewfest, and Oktoberfest). If a pass holder would like to upgrade ticket types, pass holders are required to email a request at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests will be approved depending on availability and additional fees may apply.

There will be no refunds of any kind including but is not limited to event cancellation or a pass holder unable to attend.
